Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a visa for Egypt?
Most nationalities can buy a 30-day visa on arrival at Cairo airport for US$25, or apply online for an e-visa before travelling. Our representative meets you before passport control and helps with the process.
When is the best time to visit Egypt?
October to April is the most comfortable season for sightseeing, with sunny days around 20–28°C. Summer is hot in Luxor and Aswan but perfect for the Red Sea, and we adjust touring hours to early mornings.
Are your tours private?
Yes. Unless a tour is marked as a small-group departure, you travel only with your own party, with a private guide and air-conditioned vehicle.
Can I change an itinerary?
Every itinerary is a starting point. Add days, swap hotels, include a balloon ride or a beach stay – tell us what you would like and we will send an updated plan and price.
How do I book and pay?
Send a booking request from any tour page. We confirm availability and the final price by email or WhatsApp. Nothing is charged until you have approved the plan.
Is Egypt safe for tourists?
Millions of visitors travel to Egypt each year. Tourist areas are well protected, and our team stays in touch with you throughout the trip, day and night.
What should I wear?
Light, breathable clothes that cover shoulders and knees are comfortable and respectful, especially in mosques and churches. Bring a hat, sunglasses and good walking shoes.
Can you arrange tours if I am staying at Eyes of Egypt hotel?
Of course – our tours desk is in the hotel. Pick-up is from the lobby, and the pyramids are only a few minutes away.
